Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling

I am a Senior Accredited Supervisor in the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and professionally registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I work in an integrated way using approaches from Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Cognitive behavioural and EMDR.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.

I have been working in the Swansea area for the past 20 years and am now based seven miles from town in Southgate, Gower.

Ashera is the name of of an ancient sacred moon tree, whose fruit was said to bring gifts of inspiration and wisdom. I believe that these gifts are within us all - sometimes we just need a little help to find them!
